Gateway not appearing on xfinity app

Gateway does not appear in xfinity app despite my gateway being online and working just fine, posting here so I can dm an actual xfinity representative to help me because the xfinity assistant support was not helpful at all.

@XfinityMarcus​ I have reinstalled the app and rebooted my router as instructed by xfinity. I have seen many other people on here with the same problem as me and I did not find any solutions in those threads.

I don't have the xfinity app on any other devices, and I don't think I can access the router stuff on the website anyway based on what I've seen from other people with this problem. Is there a link I can follow to check my router on the website?

Yes I can log into the website, no I can not see my device on my online account.
