Gateway not showing in app

My xfinity app is not showing my gateway in the app. Internet is working, modem connected and all devices connected work. Only problem is the xfinity app not showing my gateway. I've tried restarting the gateway and I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the xfinity app. I've also tried logging out and back in to the xfinity app.
