Getting the dreaded “Access Denied” message
Why am I getting this message when I try to log into my Xfinity account using my iPhone, “Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://login.xfinity.com/login" on this server.
Reference #18.4fc4ce17.1786534501.8d128180

You don't have permission to access "http://login.xfinity.com/login" on this server.”
Yes, like others I cleared the cache, uninstalled then reinstalled the app. And yes, I working internet connection and all my other apps connect.
This seems to be a common problem and why it reoccurs over and over with so many Customers you’d think Comcast would have found a permanent solution

Hi there, @Maxi. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. I agree, this error can be frustrating. The reason it usually comes up is due to your IP being flagged or there is a browser configuration problem. You can test this by trying to access the site on another network, like your home WiFi instead of cellular data and vice versa, and trying a different browser or updating your current browser. You may also want to try going directly to www.xfinity.com and then going to log in manually instead of the redirect from the app to see if that helps.
