Tried the app and website. Always gives me the same please try again message instead of the charts etc that work for other people. Any help would be appreciated

Hello, @user_i1zzu5. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues accessing the data usage tab on the app and on the website. Have you by any chance tried to uninstall the app and download it again? How about using a different browser, have you tried that?
