Home network

I have noticed on the Xfinity application sometimes appears another person signed into home network but it just a duplicate?

Wondering what to do in this case. 

I Have reset all devices.

Hello, @user_b7fc12. Thanks for posting on our community forums. Is it a duplicate known device you already have connected to the network? Or a different unknown device? Have you tried pausing it?
