Home Phone Service

I have a Triple Play package with Home Phone Service. Is there any reason why Home Phone Services does not show in the Services tab of the Xfinity App?

It does on the old My Account app, but seems to be forgotten with this app.

I have the same issue. And there is still no response from Xfinity? I am about to give up service.

Velason The The Xfinity Connect app and Voice2Go features were retired on April 20, 2021. You can still use the Xfinity app to troubleshoot landline service if needed.
