How do I stop the xfinity app from spazzing out because I set up a DMZ machine?

I'm getting at least a half dozen "alerts" per day from the xfinity app because it's apparently in full blown meltdown mode because I set up one machine on my home network as a DMZ.
For the record, I've been a computer consultant for 40+ years and I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING AND WHY I WANT A DMZ machine.
And I'm about to delete the xfinity app if there's no way to turn off these STUPID notifications all day, every day.
Which will significantly impact the xfinity data mining effectiveness on my particular account... #JustSayin

@DaveJ45 Hello and good morning, and thank you for reaching out over our Xfinity Community Forum. I am so sorry to hear that you keep getting these annoying alert notifications from the Xfinity App, with seemingly no end in sight. That would definitely be really frustrating! I would be more than happy to help in turning those notifications you are receiving off, if possible, no problem at all!

What is the make and model of the device you are receiving those annoying Xfinity App notifications on? There are actually a few ways to go about this. The first is and most straightforward is, depending on which kind of device you are using with the Xfinity App (I assume a cell phone or tablet) you can actually go to your device settings, and then to the list of apps, choose the Xfinity App, and then you can choose to turn off notifications, and the app will no longer keep popping up notifications on your device. You can learn more on how to do this here (for Apple mobile devices anyway) https://comca.st/3NJb95m.

By any chance, did you turn on Advanced Security?

I'm running a machine in DMZ (a pfSense firewall), and don't get spammed with such alerts at all. Advanced security is disabled for this reason.
