How to Remove "Offline Devices"

How can a device in the "Offline Devices" be removed?  Or can this list be cleared entirely?  There is one particular device with a Reserved IP address that I need to remove, but don't see how it can be removed, and don't see how the DHCP/Reserved IP address parameter for it can be edited.  Thanks.

you going to have to head to https://my.xfinity.com/?cid=cust login and hit the wifi icon on the top right  then go to "Devices" tab, on the bottom of the list you should see " X(X represents the number of not connected devices) Devices Not Connected" click on that and click on any of the not connected devices you want to remove, scroll to the bottom until you see "devices details" and there should be a "forget device option"

Thanks for your help.  When I follow your instructions, even though I go to the WiFi (XiFi actually, I think) area and follow the rest of your steps, I see both wireless and wired devices.  Unfortunately, I don't see the device that's giving me trouble.  I only see that when I'm in the Connected Device > Devices page on my router's web page (192.168.0.1 in my case).  There are no options to do anything with it there.  I can click its name and see its MAC address and its former IP address, but can't delete it.

Nope.  That did not work for me.  I removed the device online, rebooted my router, and the device still shows up with the reserved ip which I can NOT assign to the new device (which isn't even a new device, it's the same one just using Wifi instead of wired ethernet so it's a different mac address).

Come on Comcast, how do I get rid of this zombie device and free up the ip?

same issue...can't see a way to remove old devices from the list

when logged into the modem, it says...

Managing your home network settings is now easier than ever. Visit xfinity.com/myxfi to view and manage your list of connected/offline devices. You can block access to your home network for any device, among many other features and settings.

However, that doesn't seem to be true

Did anyone figure this out?  I just want to add a reserved ip for the device, but I can only edit "online" devices.  I assume "online" in this case means connected to the internet, but I only use this device on the LAN so it shows as "offline".  So, there's no way to do this locally on the router?

I have the same problem: a printer that failed within warranty and was replaced. The old printer is still listed in the web interface, offline, connectivity unknown. I was able to change it from DHCP to reserved but there is no option in the web interface to remove it. I found it at xfinity.com/myxfi and "forgot" it but it still shows up on the web interface of the gateway.

Comcast,

This is a feature present on nearly every router known to man. We need to be able to clear our device list. Myself for instance, run virtual machines and I'm having trouble with a bridged device not showing up / conflicting with a offline device. I went so far as to completely reset my gateway but just as I suspected, as soon as I signed in this "profile" business loaded the list of all devices ever connected.

Fix it. We pay good money and expect a full featured product.
