Thank you for reaching out to our community forum so we can help you access your Xfinity Email, @Lauren421! Have you tried accessing your Email from a browser instead of the app? What happens when you try to view your Email? Do you get any error messages?

I am having the same problem. I have not been able to send or receive emails for 1 week. Very frustrating

Hello @booboogin, thank you for reaching out to our forum for help with your emails, they're so important so let's work on getting this fixed for you. Are you accessing your emails through a 3rd party? Or have you tried to send/receive emails through the Xfinity site?
