I can't load my email in the xfinity app on my Samsung Galaxy phone
I had no problem until this week. I've uninstall and reinstalled 2 times and re started my phone after each time. It comes up that im in my email but the screen is blank. I can't open settings on it either

Set up a shortcut to connect.xfinity.com in a convenient place and be ONE TAP AWAY from the email site.

@user_txw24z Hi! I hope you're doing well. I understand you can't access your email through the Xfinity App? Are you also using a mail app on your device? have you checked to confirm your device itself is also up-to-date. This information will be helpful to get in the right direction.
