Hi @user_fc1ee5, besides changing your password, please reach out to our CSA team.

Customer Security Assurance

The Customer Security Assurance organization has been established to ensure a safe and secure online experience for Comcast customers. This team is a dedicated group of security professionals who respond to issues pertaining to phishing, spam, infected computers (commonly referred to as bots), online fraud and other security issues.

@XfinityRoberto

Thank you so much for your response, xfinityRoberto!  I appreciate your advice.  I changed my password to a very complicated one.  Later in the day I call xfinity to ask what they might be able to do to secure my account beyond that.  I was sent around in circles, but was eventually referred to you and someone else that did something behind the scene.  One thing was to switch the account to my husbands phone number which doesn't help me get email on my phone.

I spent most of the day answering emails, text messages and phone calls from nearly everyone on my email lists.  It was draining and time consuming.  I felt like just giving up on having email....

I will do what you suggested as this was more than a minor invasion of my life and privacy.
