I go in and pause the device but they still can reconnect to the network and its aggravating what's the point.

@user_i14jen Thanks for reaching out to our team for support. When you pause your devices it pauses the devices connected to your Wi-Fi network. Other avenues such as using a VPN and 5G are ways you can bypass the home Wi-Fi network.
By chance have you checked to see if those devices have a VPN acctive or using 5G etc?
