I paused the only device able to connect to Xfinity app

I have been having an issue with neighbors hacking into my Wi-Fi router and i accidentally paused my own device thinking it was someone else. Problem is it’s the only device I have to manage this app and after doing a factory reset and spending countless hours on the phone, I still can’t access this app. It’s the purple icon app that allows parental controls and to change Wi-Fi password. I had someone act on my behalf fraudulently and cancel my service to try and get a router sent to their apartment and now I have 3 accounts linked to my profile and when I call or use chat nobody can seem to fix my problem and it’s getting a little frustrating because now I have my router unplugged and have to use the Xfinity hotspot to log in which isn’t giving me the 800 mb/s service im paying for. Please help.
