Im missing tabs on my xfinity app.

Im missing tabs on my xfinity app, the only tabs i have are "overview" and "account". I've been on the phone with multiple reps and chat agents. I've logged out of the app, I've updated the app and I've uninstalled the app. I cant manage my wifi settings or my motum box. I see there have been people here with similar issues, all help is appreciated.  TIA

I'm in the same situation. Also have no chat icon or bell icon above to initiate a direct message.

@user_4e322c​ my issue was solved by having a technician come and give me a whole new motum. He said there was a piece on my cable cord that should had been removed after 30 days which caused my motum to have issues. He said they dont even use the piece anymore and replaced it with a 2way split piece.

@user_4e322c, hello! Thank you for letting us know you are also dealing with this issue. Are you able to connect to the internet right now? Also, can you tell me what the color on the top of your gateway is? Or, are you using your own personal modem?
