iOS Xfinity App is draining my battery

I installed the app several days ago, and the background activity of the app is causing massive battery drain. In the last 24 hours, XFinity App background activity was 82% of battery usage, next highest on the list was iMessage, using 3%. This is clearly a problem with the app, with no apparent way to limit this background activity.

@user_dead_battery Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. Have you uninstalled and reinstalled it by chance?

I noticed this today that my phone was draining and last 24 hrs used 72% and next was Facebook at 9%. That is insane.

Same issue I have deleted and reinstalled it, and I am deleting it again because it’s killing my battery still.

I noticed the same issue and I have the latest iOS version and the most updated Xfinity app. The Xfinity app has 2 min screen time and 8 hours background activity!
