the option to unpause the internet for my devices as well as checking my home security camera have went away

Thanks for posting on our Community Forums for assistance, Dru_bacom. I'm sorry to hear about the app features not working as intended. This is not the experience we would like you to have, and I'd like to help troubleshoot. Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the Xfinity App? Is this happening on multiple devices?
