How do I fix this? On my Xbox it says the Mac is messed up

Greetings, @user_c4v7lh! We are happy to help! Have you tried to forget the WiFi network, restart your Xbox, and then reconnect to the network again? This can clear up connection issues with the modem and how the system reads the MAC address.
