Max is asking to create an account already subscribed through xfinity
My Max App is not allowing me to connect through xfinity (as my provider). It's asking me to create an account. I've tried connecting through my provider and it loops back to creating an account. I've been using the Max app for a long time, already with an account via my provider. Please advise.

Yes this just happened this morning. I lost all the profiles from before. Weird is it possible to get the old profiles back.

Same - I wish xfinify would send out clear communications (or have a dedicated web page of the change) if the previous (before this loop) method of logging is no longer valid and that a new Max account has to be created to use the Max app. And if the new Max account details needs to be the same as our xifinity account log-in or if it can be different.
