Missing feature

About a week ago a technician from Xfinity came and installed a new Gateway since then I am unable to access features in my app. For instance I am not able to view the tabs to see my active devices on my network I cannot pause devices I'm unable to see the tab to change my Wi-Fi name or password. And most important I cannot activate Advanced security every time I go to security it simply says get the Xfi Gateway. I have been working with people on the phone also chatting with technicians online no one seems to know what to do they created a ticket and then suddenly there is no ticket at all please help.

Hello, how are you @user_kfj31z? Since we've already worked on this issue previously send us a direct message, so we can take a closer look at your Xfinity app and tickets. We will do all we can to help! You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
