Missing Tabs in App

My Xfinity app is missing tabs along the bottom. I can only see Overview and Account. I’ve tried talking to numerous reps with no success. I’ve tried rebooting/resetting my modem, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and logging out/logging in and nothing works. I cannot see the WiFi tab or the tabs to manage People/Devices. Basically, the app is useless and does nothing… and the help I’ve received has been less than helpful.

I had it happen about a week ago. I was missing the Wi-Fi tab. I posted on this forum and after a day or two a tech did get me connected to an advanced tech who fixed it up in about 30 minutes. I’m going to recommend if you see anything in your Xfinity app that says activate a device or something like that don’t do it.  I believe the problem was related to a bad update to either the gateway we have or the app itself.

@Lkpolo it’s getting extremely frustrating. I’ve talked to so many reps that have promised resolution, saying it will be fixed within a hour after our conversation ends… yet the app is still useless. Anything to get a good survey score, I guess. I’m just about ready to cancel the service altogether and just go with the fiber company that’s installing in our neighborhood.
