Missing tabs on app

After a service call and modem change, the five tabs on the bottom of my app are missing. Actually, two remain, overview and account. The missing tabs control functions over family, adding pods, adding security cameras, testing Internet speed, resetting modem, etc., etc. The two remaining tabs are useless.

I know being able to manage your network is one of the best parts about using the Xfinity App, and I can see how this would be a headache. The Xfinity App is a great tool, so I'll do all I can to help get you the tabs you had before.

The post creates a help ticket, which we follow up on, and a direct message right afterward may cause a delay in support. That said, no biggie. Just a heads up:)
