Mobil App
I’m trying to log into the mobile app to unpause devices. Every time I open the app it wants me to sign in online, which is fine. However, every time I put my password in it just refreshes the page. This has been going on for hours. My password is correct, I'm logged in online but I can’t get to pause/unpause devices online. I have even tried deleting the app and downloading it again. I was just able to use the app the day before yesterday to pause a device, now it’s doing this. Anyone know what’s going on??

I see you wanted to pause a device, but you ran into some trouble with the Xfinity Mobile App. I can see how frustrating this would be, especially when it worked fine yesterday. I know being able to pause your device is one of the many great benefits of using the Xfinity App. I'll do my best to help get this sorted out. I see you stated you can access the portal online, but it doesn't allow you to pause the devices. I didn't see any reported issues with the app, but we can help review this further. Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
