Hi there, @user_4a0q1l I'm very sorry for the trouble that you are experiencing with your phone not connecting to the internet. If your PC is connected to the internet but your phone shows as offline, try restarting your phone, or modem, and check for any airplane mode or mobile data setting on your phone.-Richard
