My Primary Account has no edit or management function in the user accounts
When I drill down into a user account to change roles, I do not find any function button to allow permission changes. I can delete an account, but nothing else.

@TheOldCoach Thank you for reaching out today on the Xfinity Community forums. Once you are logged in if you go to account and identity, your list of users should be there, if you select the one you want to change it will open it up, then change permissions. Do you see that? Are you attempting this on Xfinity.com?
