@XfinityMarcus I asked how do I unpause a device that is not showing up in the Xfinity app. I am not able to get my computer online because it says it’s pause but when I go to the app, it’s not even listed
user_bn11z5 I understand, however the reason I asked the previous step is that often times customers will have a device appear but under a name they are not familiar with. This is why we recommend organizing all connected devices under names that keep them easier to track and also make it much simpler to spot anything that should not be listed.
Also, have you already attempted to reset your internet device?
