Neither App or Web browser account shows gateway

Hi,

I recently had to switch my hardware from a rented XB3 to XB6-T since the XB3 did not support the speed under my plan. Ever since activating the new hardware, the gateway/ WIFI information does not appear in my app or web account.

I've uninstalled the app a couple times, but I see nothing. I have seen the gateway appear through my app previously when I was using the XB3 hardware, but not anymore.

May I get some assistance,

I can understand that it is frustrating the equipment is not currently showing. You are in the right place though, I am happy to help. I do just have a couple follow-up questions to help me assist you better. How recently did the equipment swap take place? Are you experiencing any issues with your services? Has the XB3 gateway already been returned at this time?
