Netflix profiles

Each time I launch Netflix, both of our profiles are there.  But as soon as one is selected, the other one disappears.  I cannot switch profiles because the other one is gone.  I have to completely exit the app and restart it to again see both profiles.  This does not happen on Google TV, only Xfinity.

Hello user_478a19 , Thanks for reaching us here on the Xfinity Forums. Are you accessing Netflix on one of our X1 cable boxes or is this through a flex or Xumo box from us?
