This is ridiculous pay so much money for this freaking service I was able to pause earlier this morning and now I'm unable to pause any channel what [Edited: "Language"] is going on?

Thank you so much for letting us know that you are having issues with pausing your channels. If you are still encountering issues I would love to get a little more information to better assist you. Are you by chance using an X1 box when encountering this issue or a Flex box, or maybe you are using the Xfinity Stream app? Let me know, and I will be happy to help more!
