Not an Xfinity User?

When I log into the app, I receive this message: "Access not Authorized. You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service."  When I log in online and click anything, it either doesn't load, or I get the message: "Something unexpected happened. Try refreshing the page. If the problem persists, please check back later."

When I was originally creating my account, it couldn't verify my birthday. I had to start the process over multiple times. A representative on the phone told me that I would be an "Xfinity user" once my modem was delivered. This is not the case. Every other representative tells me there is "no problem". Very frustrating.

I'm stuck and have received no helpful information. Please help!

Appreciate the post! Are you set up as an authorized account manager or a standard viewer profile? Profiles that are only viewers are unable to access the account settings side of the app, viewer profiles are only able to be used to watch content via Xfinity Stream.
