November 12, 2024 Xfinity app not working

The Xfinity app stopped working four hours ago on all of our devices. Yes we still have Internet, TV, Wi-Fi, etc. I can go to xfinity.com but the app itself does not work. We have uninstalled and reinstalled four times, checked for updates, shut our phones all the way down and turn them back on. Any other suggestions?

Delete the app, then power off your device. Then restart and re-install. Good luck!
