Peacock Activation Issue
To whom it may concern,
I have tried to active my Peacock Premium subscription through the Peacock/Netflix/Apple stream package through Xfinity. I have now tried three separate emails. I have entered a password of my choosing, name, gender, birth year, and home zip code. After I I entered all that in I click on the activate button and I get this error code.
(Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account. Here's How to Find It
PPG_0017_5f1dd5c)
I have called Xfinity customer support on several occasions and physically into the stores and have gotten the run around and no solution. I have also reached out to Peacock through their chat customer service and have gotten nowhere as well. I have seen a similar issue posted from other customers and I am hoping that someone has a solution and can help me. I would love to use Peacock since I am paying for it.
Thank you in advance.

Greetings, @user_znrria! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues activating Peacock Premium, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
If you are seeing a message about your account already being linked to Peacock, then you may have had a pre-existing promotion through Xfinity Rewards, NOW TV, or Gigabit Internet Service that is superseding your Xfinity StreamSaver package.
You mentioned trying three different email addresses. Did you try logging in to Peacock with all three addresses, or just the StreamSaver activation page? It's possible one of your addresses may already be registered. If you haven't already done so, can you please try going to https://www.peacocktv.com/, select "Sign In," and try entering each of your email addresses, one by one? If it asks you to create a password and select a paid service package, then your email is not known to Peacock. However, if it asks you for a password, there is a good chance your email address is already registered with Peacock. You can try entering your password (if you know it), or select "Forgot Password" to have a password reset email sent to you.
If none of your email addresses are recognized by Peacock, please reply to this post, and we can work with you to get this resolved another way.
