Start here;
How can I fix an offline Pod?
If a Pod is offline, it will be indicated in the Network section of the xFi mobile app or web portal. To troubleshoot, select the Pod from the list, then select Help Me Fix It for tips on how to bring the Pod online or improve its connection.
Keep in mind that while troubleshooting, it may take up to two minutes for the Pod to update in the xFi mobile app or web portal.
If you have a Pod that you are not using, remove it from xFi so it does not appear as Offline. See above for more details.

I have the same issue. They worked well and were stable for ~1.5 weeks. Then the pod closest to the main gateway started going offline all the time. It'll reconnect and then go offline again ~5min later. Does this repeatedly. So of course the other pods then try to connect directly to the gateway (rather than going through this first one) and they may as well not exist because they're so far away.
I was happy with the setup for just over a week and now it's ridiculous. Nothing's changed or been disturbed, they just won't stay connected.

I'm having a similar issue. Now that I'm working from home (due to COVID-19), I really rely on the pods being functional ... and they're not. The pod in my basement (where I have my temporary office) goes offline several times a day. I get disconnected from meetings, lose access to content and am generally frustrated. The troubleshooter isn't much help. Sometimes unplugging and replugging in the pod will bring it back online, but it's a hassle to have to do this multiple times per day.

Something doesn’t seem right.... I don’t recall this happening when they were new; should I return them as they are still under a year?

Anyone thinking of buying the pods. Don’t. They are a complete waste of money and Xfinity doesn’t care one bit they don’t work

I had an issue where my wife's pc was in the furthest room in the house away from the gateway and she was offline half the time due to bad signal. I bought a set of 3 pods and they kinda work until they didn't. One pod went dead for no reason and nothing would help to revive it. I chatted with the guys at Comcast and they said plug your lan cable straight into the pod and to your pc which worked lovely IF YOUR PODS STAY CONNECTED TO THE GATEWAY.
Now also remember, if you bought the pods from them I don't know if you can return them unless there is a warranty associated with them, because you not leasing them from Comcast like your other hardware you lease from them.
