Port Forwarding App Error

I have seen this a few times on the form already but its my turn now!
Accessing port forwarding under advanced settings, leads to the "something unexpected happened" error and tells me to try again later.
Its been 3 days now. How to i get passed the app?

We're sad to hear that you have been having these issues with opening your ports, and we're here to help get this looked into! Have you had a chance to try any troubleshooting steps mentioned in the previous posts you mentioned or the steps outlined here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/port-forwarding-xfinity-wireless-gateway/?linkId=162513468? Which application are you using to try and update the status of the ports, Xfinity or another one of ours?
