Port Forwarding not working.
I have been having an issue where when I go in the port forwarding page it says " sorry we are having some trouble gathering the list of port forwards. If the problems persists, check back later". I have been trying for days going back and checking on it and everytime it is the same thing. I had also tried factory resetting the modem and I am still having the same issue and now the ports that were open from before are now closed and I am not able to re open them. all of the work arrounds that I have found dont work.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
