Xfinity app says my Gateway is Offline, but my WiFi connection works fine

I am not able to access the devices on my Xfinity app because it keeps saying my gateway is offline. My internet connection is working fine, i have taken the steps of restarting the gateway and uninstalling then reinstalling the app.  This has been an issue for a year, its time that it gets fixed.

@Kid_Crafty Are you able to access your network information when you're connected to a different network like your mobile network by chance? Is the issue occuring on multiple devices or just a specific mobile device? Do you see the network information when you're logged into the main web portal at xfinity.com?
