Problems with peacock subscription

Every time I go to activate the peacock subscription it tells me that my account is already linked but on the peacock app it’s asking me to pick a plan and want me to put card information down

Yes I did that and it said that my account was already connected.   I called customer care and they said they opened a ticket CR 263664779  because it was something they gotta work with peacock to get fixed. Haven’t heard anything back on the resolution though.
