How do I get a replacement tv remote? Mine has a broken on/off button.

  2. Order Online: If you're an Xfinity X1 or Flex customer, you can order a new remote to be shipped to you via UPS through the Xfinity Assistant.

  3. Use the Xfinity App: The Xfinity app offers 24/7 support and can help you manage your Xfinity services, including ordering a new remote.
