If you're just trying to "restart" the modem, you can simply unplug it for about 20-30 seconds and plug it back in. If you're trying to Factory Reset is you can do it by accessing the modem internally, usually 10.0.0.1. Some modems can be factory reset by holding the button in for a certain amount of time. If that is what you're trying to do look up the make/model of the Modem to see how to factory reset it.

I'd love to. What are you looking for help with? Do you need a link with instructions on how you can reset it?
