Search option not working

About a week or so ago, the main screen appeared much different with many apps no longer available. Additionally, the search option brings up an error message.

I understand that you are having concerns using an option to search, and you referenced an issue with access to multiple apps. Can you confirm with me are you referring to features within the Xfinity app, or are you referring to issues with your Xfinity Mobile device not allowing you to use applications on the device?
