Security & internet tabs missing

About 2 weeks ago, all of the tabs on my Xfinity app disappeared other than over & accounts tabs. I have both internet & security services that I access through the app. I have call & chatted multiple times times with agents & had multiple repair tickets & was told the last time my problem was supposed to be bumped to priority & yet no updates from costumer service or has it been fixed. I have deleted, reinstalled the app, tried on other devices & still nothing. I also just ordered a new camera I can’t even activate due to this problem.I still notifications from my cameras but can’t actually view them. On the phone I just get transferred in circles because nobody seems to know what’s wrong or how to solve it. Starting to get a little frustrated that I’m paying for these service & it’s half way through the billing period & I can’t even access them. Please help!!
