Security on the go

Hello,

This has been an on going issue since switching from ATT to Infinity a few years ago, but “security on the go” has never worked for me. I had previously submitted another forum post, which eventually got to the app team. The app team did confirm through testing that there was an issue and mentioned it would be resolved in a later update, but it hasn’t yet.  I had a contact person who would update me from time to time, but I have not heard anything in months. When I click “finish setup”, nothing happens for me to install the VPN profile on my phone. This is very frustrating by the lack of communication and follow-up. Please help!

I have an iPhone running 17.4.1 and Xfinity app is version 5.21.0. Are you able to see my previous post that I sent last year regarding this issue?
