Settings for Profiles never load

When I click the settings icon under a person with devices assigned, the loading page never goes away. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. I have tried deleting and recreating the profiles, unassigning and reassigning the devices. It is incredibly frustrating to not be able to schedule downtime in the app as this was one of the main reasons for upgrading to the XFi service. Currently, the only way to manage my teens downtime is to set an alarm to wake myself up to manually pause devices.  The app is up to date.
