Someone else's devices connected to my router, now my connection is unstable
Two days ago I woke up to notifications that an LG TV and a Magicjack device had connected to my wifi network.
I paused the devices and changed the wifi password. This caused every one of my devices to disconnect and be unable to connect until I was able to reboot the router/modem through xfi assistant.
After the reboot, I could reconnect my devices but now my Playstation 4 continuously loses the connection to online games when it never had before making them unplayable. It's also connected directly via an ethernet cable. I tried using both the cable and wifi but had the same problem.
I logged into my router via my PC browser and it is showing someone else's wifi SSID and password but it's showing my devices connected to the network.
All the xfi assistant will do is let me reboot but I haven't been able to reach a support rep. It seems like there's no mixup with someone else's service starting two days ago.
Does anyone have a fix for this situation?

I see other people devices in my xfi app. These were more than 15 devices. I paused them and i have started facing intermittent connection issues.
When i enter 10.0.0.1, on my login I see some one else Wi-Fi SSID. And these unknown devices showing connected to wifi and my iphone showing connected to MoCA.
1 in 20 times this page shows my Wi-Fi SSID. When it does, then login page shows my iphone is connected to wifi and those unknown devices connected to MoCA. I am confused and concerned as well. As this is against privacy. Why should I be able to see other people devices or someone else is able to see mine.
With this intermittent issue Most of the time connection is that slow that even whatsapp calls are not connecting properly.
Furious now!! Not happy with the service. All agents on chat unable to understand and help

i'm having the same issue, I'm going to purchase a different router/modem becasue maybe the signal gets "confused" by the use of the same Techincolor xfinity dual band model.
will keep update, probably will afford until next week.
