I have cleared cache, uninstalled, and confirmed everything is up to date. I am unable to set up the home internet I signed up for today.

Hello user_3pzmeg thanks so much for tkaing the time and reaching out here via our Xfinity Forums! Is this still a concern for you? When using the Xfinity App, when are you seeing this message? Have you already set up your Xfinity ID/password, and can log in successfully?

Yes, this is still an issue. I have already set up my ID/password. The error occurs as soon as I log into the app.
