Speed test times out with error
When I try and run diagnostics, it says no outages found all my devices are connected strongly, but it will not give me a speed test. The arrow reads “ something went wrong gateway, speed test isn’t available. Please try again” it’s been like this for a month

Such as the website you're using, or if you are using the Xfinity app?
