Stuck in an endless loop with app log-in screen

I hit “sign in” then enter my correct information, then it sends me back to the same screen and there is no end in sight. To make matters worse, it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to speak to an actual human and nothing the bot recommends is even close to solving this problem. I’m just trying to set up my internet and immediately regretting the decision to use xfinity.

I'm sorry about the issues you're facing with the log-in loop, we are aware of the issue and working to resolve it in a timely manner. We're submitting information for each affected account to our engineers for a fix.

 

In the meantime, we have identified a viable work-around that appears to work for most customers:

 

Customers can access the link here, which is used to create a username: https://comca.st/3GnljF2

 

Enter the account information when prompted (phone number and address), then click 'yes' when prompted to link accounts.

I am having the same problem, whenever i try to lot into the app it never actually logs in to anything. In addition to that, when i try to log in on my computer to manage my xfinity account, the screen just says "hmm, the page didnt load correctly."

@XfinityBrie​ Hi, I have tried to use the link in the accepted solution to generate a username and link accounts but it will not recognize my address so I cannot proceed to linking my accounts. I am still experiencing the login loop issue aswell.

@user_3df973 I understand that you tried using the link to create a new Xfinity ID/username but does not recognize your address. I would like to take a closer look at your account.

Could you please send our team a private message with your full name and full address? 

 

To send a Private message to Xfinity Support from any Forum page:

Click "Sign In" if that prompt is visible

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
