Time limits not working

I have seen multiple posts about this but no solutions.

I have correctly set up a profile for each of my two daughters. I have correctly set up downtime schedules for both. And I have correctly set up time limits.

I get a notification when the limit is about to be reached. When I look in the app, the device appears to be paused, but the limits don't work because the user time is well above the limit - 5h30min/1h, 3h20min/1h...
