Trouble with xfinity app

I previously had the xb6 gateway, and everything was working fine, i upgraded my service to a faster speed, and got a new gateway, the xb7, everything is up and running, but i cant control my network from the app anymore, the wifi and security tabs are missing from the app, i have restarted the gateway several times, deleted the app numerous times, with no luck, you guys advertise your service as super smooth when upgrading, also i have returned gateways to the xfinity store, and yet they are still showing in my account, i need help with this issue. I wish i had never upgraded, upgrading with you guys, is always a bad expirience!!!
