Unable to send despite troubleshooting

@XfinityCSAEmail I have been unable to send mail from my account and am desperate, I’ve tried everything from adjusting ports to reinstalling the account. It seems like the SMTP outbound server simply won’t take my messages, is there anything you could do to help please?

Hello and welcome to Comcast @user_70437e. I am sorry to hear that you are not able to send out emails. Are you using a third party email app or are you having issues trying to send emails for our website https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/
