Unknown error occurred Xfinity app

can’t use Xfinity app due to an “unknown error”. Received Xfinity pro WiFi extender. Trying to activate device, but can’t due to error.

Thanks for providing that info! Do you receive the error when opening the app, signing in, or when trying to start the activation process? Also, have you already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

I’ve uninstalled reinstall. Happens after logging in, then can’t get any further than the “something went wrong. Try again screen”

Good morning @dc6226, and thanks for the update on the error. Just to clarify, using the Xfinity app are you able to do other things in the app like see the modem and the devices connected to the Wi-Fi, but when you try and activate the extender, that is when the error comes up?
